In project G3N, we will develop the computational tools for a comprehensive quantitative analysis of point cloud data, computing features that fully characterize a microgel, measuring and visualizing changes of the soft and deformable microgels under different experimental conditions. Generative models will allow us to make predictions that can be tested experimentally.
